What type of clients does
NOGYM HOME FITNESS SOLUTIONS work with?
We work with all ages, fitness levels and towards
all goals. However our services are only available in a close
proximity to Central Westchester area (call to find out if we
can extend our services to you if you are slightly out of our
main region).
Do I have to provide my own fitness equipment?
Not at all. If you have a few feet of space
we will get the necessary equipment for you if you decide to try
our services. (Equipment includes a combination of Stability Ball,
Medicine ball, Dumbbells, Stepper, tubing….). Remember it's free
of cost to you and it's yours to keep.
Do you offer group rates?
Yes. We do not recommend training with more than
two people simultaneously but if you have the necessary space
group training may be more fun and even more affordable.
Are NOGYM services too expensive?
Not at all. We are proud to offer superb service,
top of the line professional staff for prices matching regular
in gym training. And our prices include free equipment and do
not include membership fees, parking, etc...
What is your schedule?
We have trainers available from 6:00 am to 10:00
pm. 7 days a week.
What happens if I cancel at the last minute?
If at any time either a client or a trainer
needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, management or the
trainer must be notified 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Failure for the trainer to do so within an appropriate time and
the trainer agrees to provide a session free of charge. Failure
for the client to do so within appropriate time will result in
a forfeiture of the session, which the trainer will be paid for.
In any event you need to cancel you must call us at (914) 510
- 6447 as well as the trainer to prevent any inconveniences.
